This drawstring waist skirt is handmade in a Navy blue cotton blend fabric drapes beautiful medium weight! The drawstring waist is adjustable to fit Plus Ladies Sizes waist measurement 34"- 72". It's made with fabric that measures 120" circumference around the waist and bottom edge.
