Mrs. Claus Beautiful plaid Red, Gray, black, and white plaid flannel skirt and matching 40" Cape with green ribbon and green sash to wear for a Dickens Christmas Event.
This elastic waisted skirt is handmade in a green cotton blend fabric medium weight!
The skirt is made with fabric that measures 120" circumference around the waist and bottom edge.
