Mrs. Claus outfit in a Red, Gold metallic and white Plaid cotton skirt fabric drape beautifully, cape 36" circle it is reversible with white solid cotton blend on the back for lining! Skirt is drawstring matching plaid cotton fabric light weight.
Elastic waist to fit 47" Ladies skirt. It's made with fabric and measure 120" circumference around the waist and bottom edge. Hem length 38" length from waist to hem, has a half-inch rolled hem, and you can shorten to length as needed.
Sash is white cotton blend fabric measures 6-7" wide and 140" long.
I personally make all my clothing items, one at a time, in my smoke-free/pet-free home. All seams are finished, no raw edges, and the seams are period correct, using French seams and rolled hems.
